Very Own Tapered Rolling Pin
A tapered rolling pin designed by us.
We call it "La patissiere". A classic French taper.
About 22 inches long. It tapers from 2 inches in width to
approximately 1 1/2 inches. This pin is ideal for pastries,
cookies, pies, marzipan and quiches. It gets around like a
sports car. We prefer this model to pins with handles and
ball bearings because its diameter and weight allow you to
thin dough much more effectively.

call it "The Pizzeria Pin". About 23 inches long
