Toffee Topped Bread Pudding Cake
Sweet decadence in a homey palate. This got devoured at a writer’s meeting (always invite the writer who is also a baker). It is a feast of golden nuggets of egg bread, raisins, apple chunks, all anointed in a sloppy, gooey, sticky sauce. Serve warm or cold. (A great way to use up gift panetone or leftover croissants or challah)
