MORE PAST ISSUES Note from Marcy (2003-2007)

 

 When I first launched Betterbaking.com in May 1997...

I had no idea the Internet would evolve as it has or that BetterBaking.com, aka Marcy Goldman would be online (as well as in print and on digital radio) as it all eventuated. As we head into a new era of BB, there are plans to redesign the site, and get recipes, essays, articles, product, book reviews- all neatly stored away for easy browsing. In the meanwhile, here are yet more Previous Notes from Marcy - my editorials as far back as 2003. Each editorial includes the recipes of that month. Wherein you cannot find the recipe, and the link returns you to the home page, it is an indication that particular recipe is now in one of my print (and soon, digital/electronic) cookbooks. Moreover, these essays about life and life in the kitchen, on the dance floor, the farmer's market - wherever - will be in a book one day soon. Stay tuned. Meanwhile, happy reading and baking.
