This three speed (high, low and pulse) 300 watt motorized personal blender is perfectly powerful enough to pulverize and otherwise blend a ton of nutrition into one healthy glass in minutes. It’s compact and speedy, comes with two tumblers with blade bottoms as well as lid tops (you can store refrigerate the stuff you make with the convenient lids that also having a sip flip lid). Grind ice or coffee but probably more often- blend your healthy beverages yourself.  I mixed kale, cabbage, strawberries, mango, spinach and blueberries and made a nutritious, delicious drink in seconds and it cost about $1.00 of ingredients (compared to a commercial juice place I frequent that charges $11 for the same thing). All the goodness of the whole foods you use gets blended up (versus extraction juicing which distills down juice the liquid and none of the fiber). Add protein powder, use coconut water or almond milk and add in some hemp or chai seeds for an extra bolt of vitamins. Plus it's nice to know you can control how much fruit (or honey etc.) goes into the drink. So many times bought-beverages have an excess of sweet fruit versus vegetables in their drinks. Just the right amount of fruit and vegetables, tons of fiber and some extras. This is an appetite quencher and a smooth way to get a ton of vegetables down the hatch.

 1/2 cup distilled water or coconut water
1 cup baby spinach leaves
½ cup kale leaves
½ cup cabbage chunks
½ carrot, in chunks
1 cup blueberries
½ cup strawberries
½ cup mango or pineapple chunks

Add water to tumbler and then add other ingredients. Place on blender base and pulse to blend a bit and then blend on High 1-2 minutes.

Makes 1-2 servings
