Hamilton Beach Commercial

We have a weakness for commercial grade kitchen tools around here, and the Hamilton Beach Commercial line fits right in there. Their Tempest blender features a high torque motor, electronic speed control, and a patented "quad-angle" blade to eliminate chunks when you blend drinks and soups. We like it a lot.

Then there's the "uber-juicer" - Hamilton Beach's Manual Juice Extractor (for citrus). Electric juicers are fine (Hamilton makes those too), but nothing does the job as precisely as a little elbow grease. The extractor mechanism produces up to 2,000 pounds of pressure. This is the standard extractor tool for hotels and finer restaurants. The juice collector cup swings out, the strainer cone and funnel can be removed for cleaning, and the components are acid-resistant. If you're a serious citrus juicer, there's nothing like it.
