I tried your Cinnamon Chip Cake and it was truly a big hit at a birthday party for my mom. Just one thing: I was afraid to use my springform pan because I thought the batter would leak through. I don't have a tube pan, but I do have a Bundt pan which I love. The cake baked fine but the top stuck to the (non-stick) pan. I had sprayed with cooking spray. Any advice?
