When I bake whole wheat bread in my bread machine, it always collapses when the baking cycle begins. With the same recipe, if I use the "dough" cycle and bake in the oven, I get a beautiful loaf. My white loaves in the bread machine come out perfectly -- the collapse occurs only with whole wheat. Any suggestions?
