Oven Roasted Garlic Croutons

These are a must with Restaurant Style Caesar Salad.
Oven Roasted Real Garlic Croutons

French bread. thick sourdough, or challah slices
Olive Oil to drizzle
salt, pepper, parmesan cheese  -for dusting
3-4 garlic cloves, finely minced
1-2 teaspoons garlic powder

Heat oven to 375 F. Cube up bread. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then dust with salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, minced and dry garlic. Toss well, and bake until bread cubes are well browned, about 15-20 minutes. Cool and toss in salad.
