This is a wildly decadent, deeply chocolate Red Velvet cake, made extra moist with sour cream (or trendier Greek Yogurt) and the natural red goodness of beets. It also features a luscious chocolate cream cheese frosting. You can also use a traditional white cream cheese frosting for the contrast (and tradition) but I prefer the double chocolate approach.
