Irish Mist Chocolate Cupcakes

No creaming - easily made by hand, these feature a chocolate, moist crumb and an addictive topping of chocolate and Bailey's Irish Cream. These are quite magical whether it's St. Pat's or not. For really elegant Irish Mist Cupcakes, make a chocolate ganache instead, using half cream and half Bailey's Irish Cream as the liquid. Once it is chilled (the ganache) whip with a touch of sweet butter to make a frothy, decadent ganache based frosting for these little cakes.
