Happy April! It’s a time for fresh baking (notably for Easter and Passover) to perk up your palates and get your spring baker in gear. I’ve created four recipes that make Passover special. These are uncompromised, great-tasting treats (no flour? No problem?) that are as good for Passover as they are anytime. The crowning glory is this month’s free recipe, a Passover Matzoh Crack Cake! I often fiddle with my Matzoh Buttercrunch Recipe (aka Matzoh Crack) and using it to decorate this very special flourless chocolate cake seemed like a wise idea!
