The Breville Smart Oven Pro feels and operates like a high end toaster but in reality, due to its size and oven temperature accuracy, can double as an extra (full sized) oven, which is especially handy during holiday times when you have a slew of side dishes that need the proverbial 350 F for 30 minutes. It’s that powerful, roomy and has enough varied functions to do whatever task you throw at it from muffin baking, sweet potato casserole roasting, to bagel grilling, pizza re-warming, pizza baking, steak broiling, and my favorite cycle: slow cook. It seems silly to get all het up about a toaster oven but sometimes an appliance comes along that just has all the performance, design and functions that makes it a rockstar. In the case of the Breville Smart Oven Pro, it’s more than a rockstar, it’s a toaster oven cult! No wonder why it’s flying off the shelves. It's been the most-wanted toaster oven since toast was invented! Just check out wedding registries and Best Toaster Ovens for 2020 (and 2019, 2018, 2017 and so on!)
What’s especially interesting about this oven is the added convection ability. I tested out cookies with the regular oven cycle and convection and you get equally great cookies, but subtly different textures and a little more moisture in the cookies baked via the convection cycle.
Check it out along with the full range of Breville Smart Ovens. They have one with air-fry capacity as well as one that dehydrates= as well as one dedicated to bistro style pizzas along with their classic Smart Toaster Ovens. Did we mention this oven looks awesome and upgrades your kitchen with just its presence? It’s simply stunning along with reliable and and versatile.
To see the full range check out Breville (there's over seven Smart Ovens)
